Welcome To The Awaken Nevadan!!
This blog is designed to take a look at Nevada and national politics, and why some of it is so wrong and sometimes it's right.. though barely. I am a "defined" as a liberal and progressive who believes in big government and that change can be good to a country. Though I'm not one of those who vote straight down the left, I can vote for republicans too.
I have seen the good and the bad of politics. I have lived here in Nevada for 16 years and have graduate from school here in CCSD, and UNLV. I have spent time working in the local media meeting key political figures, and trust me it was an interesting experience.
I hope to update this blog at least once a week, with a goal or two-three times a week. There is so much going on with our idiot Governor trying to end education in this state, that this blog could be going on forever!!!
